Shipping Policy

Shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time could vary depending on volume of orders at that time - you will be notified if this is the case. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



Delivery Policy: 

Local delivery/meet is available within 15 miles of our distribution center located in West Bloomfield, MI at a flat rate fee of $6.

Deliveries are made from 9am-1pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of our arrival.

 

Tracking Information: 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns:

All sales all final. 

 

Lost or Damaged Goods:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us through the “Contact Us” forum located at the bottom of our Home Page with your order number and a description of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We are not responsible for any lost packages upon delivery, but you may purchase delivery insurance to guarantee a replacement in these circumstances.
